To properly assemble drawer handles you must unscrew turn around and reattachScrews tremendously difficult to unscrew and with several sizes screw drivers even the store manager was unable to unscrew and they stripped out I took a refund and left disappointed Something that simple should never be that hard

I ordered this file cabinet in March but was unable to use until last week. I put my bills in it and very displeased with it. I cannot open and close it. It twists and turns every time I try to open and close the drawer. It is so flimsy it does not hold anything. I don't know what to do. How do you support the drawers. I only put half my stuff I need to put in there.

The bottom drawer of the first one would not close properly so had to be returned. Second one is okay. Last time I bought one was 10-15 years ago. Today’s are built smaller & cheaper. As is most everything I guess. Lighter weight steel plastic handles. Very short screws made it hard to attach the handles. Cost twice as much as the last one.

I bought two and returned both. Both were flimsy and the actual drawers were too small for the cabinet. One of the drawers jammed and not even the guy in the store could fix it. Very low quality for staples.
