File cabinet is not as sturdy as I expected. It arrived in a timely manner but was dented in 3 places and the handles were scratched. If I had paid full price for it I would most definitely have returned it. It will work for what I need it for but I will not buy online again without actually seeing it in the store first.

This file cabinet was just the size I needed. It is not a heavy cabinet and you need to hold onto it at times when you first pull the drawers out.

Very happy and impressed with this nice looking file cabinet. Got it at a great sale price too! Very sturdy and stable. Drawers slide easily. I have 40 Staples' plastic hanging folders in the top drawer. The only issue is that the drawer doesn't slide out far enough to easily reach folders in the very back. Reducing the number of folders would obviously remedy that issue. I suppose this design is to keep the cabinet from tilting forward. I have a lot of weight in the bottom drawer which also contributes to its stability. All in all a terrific purchase.

Terrific file cabinet for a great price. This was on the to-do list for goals in 2021 to set up a file system and this cabinet with hanging colored folders worked great to complete this goal!

File Cabinet on the light side

I needed a locking file cabinet and this one does lock. If your used to the old heavy metal file cabinets this one is not like that. The metal is on the light side and easy to dent. Serves its purpose that it locks I was just surprised that it seemed on the light side as far as metal. Like everything in the world someone figured out how to make it cheaper. but for the price it works. Just don't sit heavy things on it!
