Flexibility vs. durability
on August 22, 2013
Posted by: Paula K.
This product certainly isn't one the purchaser can rave about but it is one my company always uses for client files so it is practical and more than likely will not be replaced. My only complaint with the product is that the metal brackets on which hole-punched documents are placed get bent out of shape--literally. While I recognize that they must be flexible perhaps there may be a material used in their construction that could keep them from looking "ruffled" once they have been opened and closed several times. Otherwise the product is fine.
