Easy Access

I work in a very busy law office in Mount Holly New Jersey. Our office uses these file for our new client files. Mark A. Fury Esquire (plug) is one of the leading criminal/municipal attorneys in this area. We are conveniently located across the street from the Municipal Court and one street over from the Superior Court. Therefore our office receives a lot of traffic. With this being said our files must be sturdy since they are accessed often and they hold a lot of documents. Every time a client makes a payment we make a copy of the receipt and attach it behind the Intake Sheet as a result the prongs are subject to wear and tear. I have been here 5 years and the files have never ripped the prongs never become detached or break under pressure especially for as many times as they are manipulated. The costs of the files is an added benefit since we go through several boxes over the year. I would recommend this product for small jobs but can attest that they can withstand the abuse of a busy law firm.

I use them for my client payroll tax files. They are sturdy. I like that I can store different information on each side. Very good value.

Keeps files in order.

These file folders are very helpful to keep client files in order. With a client name on each tab we can easily find the relavent file quickly. You need a two hole punch to put holes in the paper that goes in the file. Then we put the client contact information along with contract documents on the left side of the folder for quick access and reference. After each session we put the session note on the right side of the folder. Session notes get filed with the most recent visit on top. This makes it easy to track review and discuss the clients' progress.

I keep reordering these folders

These folders get a lot of handling and hold up quite well. They are especially good since they have a fastener on each side. Organizing large amounts of papers is a snap. Don't forget to buy a special hole punch if you want nice neat holes in you papers. Nothing falls out and they expand easily. I've tried the folders with only one fastener and didnt feel that that was suffient for organizing a lot of documents for easy retrevial. Some sticky tabs that you can write on are also good to buy and use with these folders.
