I needed paper in a hurry on a budget and this was in stock and on sale. Sadly all the individual reams on display were poorly sealed - one end of the wrapper was not glued shut properly - so I was stuck with compromised paper. This paper compared as expected to the weight and brightness of the paper I was already using except I didn't expect to be able to see as much difference as I did between this 96 and the other 98 bright. For the first half ream no jams or other printing problems. So I give 4 stars - packaging cost a few sheets of the ream and not quite as good as the other 20lb 98 bright paper I used before.

Good value with rebate

First purchased this because of the rebate. (Value drove this decision). Am appreciating its excellent quality though -- especially happy with the absence of jamming so far.
