I work in daycare for kindergarden and elementary school age kids. They use it for drawing and coloring most of the time. Some make paper air planes with it. Seems to be good sturdy paper for the abuse kids can give it.

Class materials are handed out in the folders at the start of each course with the expectation that additional materials will be added and referred to regularly throughout the course. With a new course every six weeks keeping the cost low is very important.
