I use this paper all the time as it really is multipurpose. Best of all thought was the service at the checkout counter. Very personable young man who entered Staples coupon app on my iPhone for me then gave me good advice about replacing the cracked glass front of the phone and about Staples recycle program for other technology products. Really impressed with willingness to go the extra mile for the customer!

I needed paper in a hurry on a budget and this was in stock and on sale. Sadly all the individual reams on display were poorly sealed - one end of the wrapper was not glued shut properly - so I was stuck with compromised paper. This paper compared as expected to the weight and brightness of the paper I was already using except I didn't expect to be able to see as much difference as I did between this 96 and the other 98 bright. For the first half ream no jams or other printing problems. So I give 4 stars - packaging cost a few sheets of the ream and not quite as good as the other 20lb 98 bright paper I used before.
