I was shocked at the lack of 8 1/2 x 14 inventory. There were only two reams available. Of course only the most expensive was available. I had an associate double check and yes there was only two reams of 8 1/2 x 14 to choose from. Not sure why. Very frustrating

The checkout was quick the staff was courteous. I've yet to use the paper but I hope to soon. I had never heard of this company so I hope it was not a mistake. If I have trouble I know Staples will stand behind their product even if only 2500 sheets of laser color printer paper.
