[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve haved many tapes and this Stanley is old faithful. Sure it’s not like the old old ones but it’s still better than the other fancier tapes. I bought some fat max tapes love them then the red competition made one with a magnet tip but the tape would rip and break. And I continued to use my fatmax but it’s seemed to sleek and small even for a 30 ft. This is tape just feels right and easy to take out of my pouches

Best tape Measure I have had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this tape measure 25 years ago. I was a pipe fitter/welder. I used it every day. After I retired I started wood working and I am still using it today.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 10 years ago and about a year ago it snapped right at the end. I sent it back to be replaced and was sent a new one at no cost to me. About 3 months after receiving the new tape measure, it broke in the same place as the one before. I'm not sure if this is just a defect or a coincidence. Hopefully they replace this one as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tape measure in the late Eighties, it has never failed me. This ruler is the only one that I use and depend upon. I find it comfortable in my hand. The lock feature has saved me time and effort in making my marks for framing and multiple cuts.
