Best tape measures out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a total of 4 of these now. They are reliable, durable, easy to use. I have abused these and they still work great. I have had all of them for ten years or more. Best of all they are Union made in my own home state!

The staple of tape measures

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can not go to a job site, metal shop, woodshop, or practically anywhere else where people use a tape and not see at least five of these in use. I've had mine for a extremely long time, I've had to carve my name into it because the last few I had always seemed to sprout legs and walk off. These are robust, durable, and dependable tapes... And if you don't have one, you need one.

Withstands the test of time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Stanley POWERLOCK II 25' Tape Measure is a champion of longevity. I purchased this tape measure approximately 37 years ago for a home project and it still works flawlessly to this day. Although I do own other tape measures, this Stanley POWERLOCK II is my “go-to” tape for anything I need to measure quickly & accurately. It really holds up to time and use...This tape measure has been dropped off ladders and roofs, it has been dragged behind a truck down the road after falling off the truck, it has been exposed to sun, rain, snow, it has been dropped in the water, snow and in mud. It has been left outside exposed to the elements but, it works perfectly and the tape, is as easy to read as it was the day I bought it...it retracts perfectly and the blade lock still locks securely and won't budge until I unlock it. The exterior cover is not very pretty and has some battle-scars to prove it has had some use, but, this tape measure works so well, I use it just about every time I need to get a measurement.

Love the PowerLock Tape Measure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the 25 ft. PowerLock Tape Measure about 7 years ago or more and I have to confess when it says it powerlocks that is exactly what it does. I received one from a local company for a Christmas gift and that one has a lock on it, but you can set it and the tape just keeps on creeping on it. So my favorite, of course, is my Stanley. Thank you for making such a great product.
