This was frustrating because under the specification tab nothing is listed so I had no idea that they did not have a glass cover. Also only one of the frames had a protective plastic cover the other two did not. I had no way of knowing any of this because the product specification tab did not have any information. I didn't even realize frames could have such a flimsy construction.

Know what you're framing

If you're looking to display diplomas Legal/Medical degrees in an office environment then these are not the frames for you. However if you are looking to display Certificates of Achievements Completed Training levels "Best in Sales" type then these are great. They are meant to go on Sales or class Room walls and be left there or added to. These are not quality frames. They are cheap. If you have budget contraints or a big sales force you want to appreciate these are a perfect fit.

This frame is adequate for simple things like document display but I would spend more for a photo or picture. The frame is sturdy enough but the plastic insert is flexible mylar with a lot of glare. It suffices. I will search out a nicer frame for my photo displays.

I guess you get what you pay for. The frames were too cheap in appearance for what I was looking for. Didn't use them.

Very cheaply made. "Gold" color was flecked off in several places upon arrival. Would be very easily broken and does not look nice at all. Pass this one up and spend a few dollars more. We didn't even use these just stuck them in a cabinet where they will inevitably be thrown away in a few years.

Not the quality I expected for the money

I found it difficult to believe that a presentation frame for any use could be of such cheap construction. Not even a glass panel much less at least rigid plastic but a heavy guage floppy plastic film and the only thing to give it rigidity was the cardboard backing. Rather than a pack of three of these "frames" I would rather have paid the same price (I think it was close to ten dollars) for a single frame of better quality. I would suggest that to maintain Staple's reputation for quality office products it ought to give serious thought to dropping this line.
