Don't do it! These are awful. Really really awful. Cheap Flimsy plastic. Paint is chipped.

Meets our needs at a reasonable price

We run a not for profit educational program and use these frames when giving out certificates. Obviously these are not expensive looking frames but they do make our presentation ceremonies a lot nicer for the students. If you need high volume and no one is expecting something expensive looking these do the trick.

Recently purchased 3 pack of picture frames. These were the cheaper of the choices available. They were ok for what I used them for holding health certificates I do realize that you get what you pay for.

Very Poor Quality

I knew when I ordered these inexpensive frames that they weren't going to be high quality but I was nevertheless surprised at how supremely shabby they were. They arrived already looking old and worn. I would be embarrassed to hang them on the wall as if they'd been put there in 1972 and someone had forgotten to upgrade them. The clear plastic on the front is so thin it bubbles and makes it hard to see the document. I ended throwing them out and getting new ones elsewhere.

We have a wall of pictures taken by a professional and whenever he gives us one we frame it and add it to our office wall (in our Kitchen) so it warms the place up a little.
