These frames are inexpensive lightweight and perfect for displaying certificates and diplomas etc. I have bought many packs of three for various projects.

For my use they were perfect. I needed 6 like frames to make photo display. They are black plastic with clear plastic for the pictures. Easy to use and easy to hang. Unless you have a fancy art display you can’t do better at a reasonable price.
