It shakes a lot; I am guessing that this makes it seem flimsy. Hence we went ahead and purchased a heavier 6 tray organizer more solid no shaking.

I needed a way to organize my personal laptop and my two work laptops in my home office and this 3-tiered tray works perfectly. The rims in the front of each compartment provide security to prevent the laptops from sliding off but having the sides open allows for flexibility in laptop size. The structure is sturdy and the design is compact. It's exactly what I needed I couldn't be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I think this is an excellent product. The material used is very sturdy and is unlike other cardboard or plastic organizers. Even with multiple files/notebook the organizer was able to stay sturdy on a desk. My only improvements would be to make different colors or patterns to attract the female population.
