Refills are 12" and I need 14"

I just purchased refill pads and they are smaller than the ones that came with the mop. I need 14" and can only find 12". Otherwise, I do like the convenience, and 12" works but not good enough.

Pads don't stick.

Brand new power mop. There is no possibility of getting the pads included to stick to the mop by themselves. Had to resort to using rubber bands as suggested online. Great way to mark up floors.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Regarding the pads not sticking to the mop, make sure you're using the correct Swiffer Power Mop pads, as only those will fit properly. Check if the mop head is clean; sometimes dirt can prevent the pads from attaching. Also, Try spraying the solution, placing the pad on the mop head, and then passing the pad through the solution to create friction. refill size for swiffer

I have tried to get refill for floor moping . I purchased refill bottle that is to large do I just throw Swiffer in landfill? Mine just says swiffer not wet jet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mop pads do such a wonderful job cleaning my floor surfaces without creating a messing and I love that they are safe to use on all of my finished flooring. The absorbency is great and only one pad was needed to cover most of my flooring surfaces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try the Swiffer PowerMop Refill Pads - 5ct and they work great. These are thick enough to absorb the cleaner and get all the dirt off the floor. I love that the pads are wide and will clean a large area in one swipe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Power Mop Pads work great. They are for use on multi surface. I use them for vinyl and hardwood. They are easy to apply and remove and do a really good job cleaning up spills, muddy dog paws and dust under furniture.
