New Tide Pods are Too Big for Small Loads

I am so disappointed that I had to stop using these and switch to Persil Intense Fresh Pods. I used these since they were introduced. I mainly run small loads and with only 9 huge pods in a pac now instead of 12 small ones, they are just not working out for me or my smaller stack washer. Persil has the smaller size pods and there are 16 in a bag for the same price with a similar fragrance. Please bring back the original pods and I will gladly switch back even though there were only 12 originally. I have always been loyal to Tide, but the product just doesn't fit what I need and the cost is too high for only nine loads. I am sure there are many others who feel the same way and are disappointed by the change in product size and cost.

New tide pods are too big; lack good smell

I am disappointed with the change in the pods. The new pods are too big for small loads and there are now less per package. My clothes used to smell so fresh and clean with the original pods. The new pods to not leave my clothes smelling as good. Please go back to the original pods.

Sorry to hear this, but we have some tips that may prevent this. You want to make sure to place the PODS™ in the washer drum before adding the clothes. This can also happen when it's unable to move freely because of a larger item like a blanket or an overloaded machine. TIDE Downy SOFT pods clean and smell great

I do wish these came in regular (smaller) sized pods, as these Power Pods are just way too much detergent and too sudsy for small loads....but for large loads these are really good! These new SOFT pods make everything smell and feel great, and my clothes, sheets and towels stay fresh. P

Doesn’t dissolve properly

The first two loads I used them in, I had no problems. The third load I realized the pod was stuck to some of my clothing and still super sticky. I thought it might have been a fluke, until the next load stained almost all of my work clothes with dark blue patches!! Now I have to replace half of my wardrobe.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. Since our pods are water soluble, this can happen if not enough water comes into contact with the pod. We recommend putting the pod in first followed by your fabrics. Make sure the load isn't too large, and make sure there aren't too many absorbent items. Why make only Power Pods?

Bought these on sale to give them a try. The Power Pods are too large for a normal load of laundry. My 5.2 cubic foot machine with a full load still sudslocks every time we use these. We do not have soft water. They smell good, clean well, and are easy to use, but the larger pods are absolute overkill for a majority of laundry loads. Bring back the specialty versions of normal sized pods.

New tide Pods too large, soap left on clothes

Why do you have to change the pods? The new ones are too large. Loads of laundry very in size and now the only option we have are these huge pods. Dont like it and not happy. I stopped buying the pods because you changed them. Bring back the small size pods please.
