Blue Copy Paper

My office uses about 5 000 sheets of the Staples Pastel Blue Copy paper per month for the past 10+ years. The paper runs through the copy machine with virtually NO jams and no problems using in a folding machine to insert in envelopes mailed to my customers. It is an excellent copy paper product!

Lovely Lilac (or Lavendar)
on December 3, 2014

Keep. It. Simple. Stup...I won't complete that but it is a great motto for life. Having various colored paper helps so much in the classroom. Instead of trying to explain something one hundred times so that my students can locate it in their binder I simply call out "Look for the Lavendar colored one!" This has helped eliminate time wasters and made life so much easier for my students and for me. The only down side is it is kind of then so be careful about doing double sided written respone...people like to use pens that tend to have a heavier ink stain on the reverse side than this paper can handle.

Rainbow of colors

Great variety of quality pastel colored paper--you get goldenrod canary pink blue and green. It's acid free and does not stick in the printer. Sometimes you just want what you are printing to stand out but subtly and this paper does the trick. It is 20 pound letter size paper that is backed by staples brand colored paper quality promise so you can just return it anytime if you are not happy with the product. The main reason I purchased this brand is that it is not manufactured in China & that is hard to find these days!

Stand Out Paper

The Staples Pastel Colored Copy Paper is essential in the HR and Payroll fields. The paper quality is perfect for monthly company newsletters comprised of a few sheets of double sided printed information that does not bleed through and is the perfect thickness for tri-folding and stuffing in payroll envelopes. The array of colors help this important company communication to stand out from other literature and draw attention when sitting on a counter or table for employees to read and remain updated on current events policies and other company news.

I use a lot of various colored copy paper as a marketing tool for letters notifications notes to people etc. If you want your note to be seen and stand out put it on colored paper. The Staples Pastel Colored Copy Paper is a beautiful color and made the note more meaningful for what I utilized it for. The quality is excellent as far as the color and the weight was perfect. It was not too thin nor too heavy. It worked well in my printer and did not jam. The texture is perfect and I appreciate Staples placing their name on a great quality product. Thank you Staples!
