These strips worked in the sense that they kept our things on the wall, but when it came time to remove the product from the wall, "coming off cleanly without damaging your wall" was in fact the complete opposite. I had to use needle nose pliers to literally RIP the plastic off the wall, with a chunk of the wall coming off with it (FYI I had to do this 5 times) so now I have to pay to fix it myself to avoid fines. I am not satisfied with this product at all and will be sticking to nails from now on.
I own and manage rental property and one of the issues we have always had is tenant damage from hanging pictures on the walls. Command hooks are conceptually a great solution to this problem and we require that our tenants use the product rather than traditional picture hooks with nails. Unfortunately when tenants are moving out they frequently don't remember the specific instructions on how to remove the hooks and don't have the package around to review. Consequently we frequently end up with damage from improper removal of the hooks.
I bought the Picture & frame strips for my daughters Senior picture's they were so easy to use it sure beat the old way of hanging pictures. I will never put another hole in my walls again. I Simply love Command strips.
