[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I HAD BOUGHT THESE HOOKS, AND WASN'T SURE HOW TO USE THEM. THEN OF COURSE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AFTER I GOT THEM HOME. WELL, THEY WORKED SO WELL, THE NEXT DAY I RAN OUT AND GOT MORE COMMANDS FOR MY OTHER NEEDS. NO HOLES IN THE WALL, NO MESS, THEY ARE JUST GREAT!! COMMAND, WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE. I WILL SURELY RECOMMEND THESE TO EVERYONE I KNOW.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time using the Command Picture Hanging Strips, and I thought they were awesome. They were so easy to use. I love that you can re-position them if you don't get your item level the first time, and you don't have to worry about putting any more holes in your walls. This is all I'll ever need to do any kind of hanging with. I can't wait to try out your hooks!
I HAVE USED 3m PRODUCTS FOR YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT i HAVE HAD THE PROBLEM THAT i HAD TODAY. I TRIED TO TAKE 2 STRIPS OFF OF THE WALL AND A STRIP OF MY WALL CAME OFF WITH IT. I HAVE PICTURES AND THE STRIPS WITH THE ADHESIVE TAPE. i WOULD NEED HELP IN REPAIRING MY WALL. pLEASE ADVISE ME AS TO WHAT I SHOULD DO?
I moved into a new home 7 months ago. I painted the back rooms 5 months ago and just now unpacked my pictures. I have a set of 3 pictures, no glass, light canvas, not heavy at all. The largest one came off first and the medium one came off yesterday. There was no damage to the wall, it just did not stick to the wall. I waited a while before hanging any weight, but it did not matter.
I would not recommend these at all.

Thank you for your recent Rating & Review on our Command(TM) Brand Picture Hanging Strips. We apologize for any difficulties you have experienced using this product. Generally the Command(TM) products are for use on smooth, sealed surfaces. If the canvas pictures you are hanging do not have an area that is smooth plastic or metal, that may be causing the issue. In those instances, we would recommend using one of the Command(TM) Sawtooth hangers. They stay pretty flush to the wall surface and hold up to 5 pounds. If you feel that you applied the strips as directed and the backing of the pictures do have areas that are flat an sealed, we would ask that you please contact us at 800-934-7355 M-F from 7AM-6PM CST and speak with one of our agents. Please look for a direct email from us that will contain more information.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of not having a million holes in my walls to hang things and realize that I dont like it there. That said I would have given this product a better rating if it held up better on textured walls.

Thank you for your recent Rating & Review of our Command(TM) Brand Picture Hanging Strips. We understand about the frustration of not being able to use on textured walls. Due to the design of the strips, if the walls are textured in any way the adhesive cannot 100% adhere to the surface which causes weight distribution issues which can pull one or more of the strips downwards. Command(TM) Brand Products are intended for use on flat surfaces such as painted walls, mirrors, ceramic tile, glass and some sealed woods. We will forward your comments on to our marketing department for review. If you have any other questions regarding Command(TM) Brand products please feel free to contact us M-F 7AM-6PM CST at 800-934-7355. Also please look for a direct email from us.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in an older mobile home and there isn't always a stud so I use these hangers and even with the heat and humidity there still on the wall.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved into an apartment 4 months ago and because of the damage nails do to the walls we had to come up with an idea of how to hang all our artwork. I love to paint so it was very important to me that I display what I love so much. My husband recommended we use command strips to hang our pictures because when we moved we could simply remove the strips and there would be no damage. I have to say I absolutely love them. It is easy to hang our pictures and they hold up. Thanks command strips for helping me decorate my new home!
