The folders work just fine for us; we've had some that have been around 3+ years and they are still in "working" order.

The folders are sturdy and hold up to constant pulling out from file cabinets. The color makes it convenient to know which folder you are pulling. Our customer files are sectioned into orders invoices and service contracts. We use the purple folder for the service contract. It helps to identify and quickly pull the contract when a support request has been issued.
