Why do they usually put more left & right folders when middles are needed more? You can always turn a left into a right but folding it the other way.

I work for a school district in the Construction Projects department and all our files are required to be color coordinated for each project and we can't duplicate colors for projects within two years of each other. So these are perfect with the matching hanging files when you have a small project. With the 4 different pastel colors it gives you a new variety of files.
