distinct change in quality from last box purchased

these folders are vert flimsy and have a "rough" texture. When i opened the box and started to add them to the previously ordered folders in my bin i could feel a vert noticeable difference in quality. I checked my previous orders and product numbers and they were the same. Very disappointing. I returned them.

These file folders smell horribly. I get a headache everytime I use them for an extended period of time. Not only that but they are barely thicker then thin cardstock. I guess you get what you pay for.
