We use these files in our agency to denote clients with specific needs. It is very helpful to know "at a glance" what services we need to provide for a client. We use several colors of the Staples Colored File Folders.

Good Quality File Folder

We are a sales office and split the country in half for different sales associates. My half is the West Coast. These folders work great for differentiating the East from the West... For the East Coast we use the manila file folders for the West Coast we use Red. This makes it very easy when going to the filing cabinet to find a clients file. We also use a label maker to make the labels for each file. If you are planning on purchasing a colored file folder let me recommend these the price is right and they stand out in the file cabinet.
