I like to keep multiple related folders in one Pendaflex hanging folder in my file cabinet. The three tab folders work well for me.

When you need a sturdy manila folder you should get a box of these--Staples Brand gives good quality at a great competative price and with the discounts --these are a real bargain. There are other folders I have used that are flimsy and the corners fray after hardly any use at all--but these folders are long lasting and I have used them many times again by turning over and re -labelling the top. So that is getting double value for your money as they still remain strong and hold up well even when filled to maximum capacity.
