These are an economical alternative to what you can do to categorize your file cabinet. A file folder for each item and every item. At the end of the year I clean out the file cabinet for the new year. Then I use new folders and put the new year on them to indicate the year (unless of course they are permanent files. Then I will use another color that is of a heavier weight.

We've been using these folders for years and they are certainly adequate for files we access every day. I've had no complaints and no issues with them. These are not heavy duty but for the price they serve their purpose very well and we will continue to order them in the future.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I bought this box of 100 folders for such a reasonable price. But they are nice and heavy and will work just fine in my file drawers! A very good value!
