Exactly what it should be

It's quite hard to review a file folder as they don't tend to do much only hold paper and sit in a filing cabinet. These do this quite admirably whilst sitting in the hanging folder in the file cabinet. What else to say.

I purchase these file folders every time I need them. They are made of heavy high quality paper and are sturdy enough to put a year's worth of information in. Each folder can be expanded to put more in. A good buy!

OK but labor intensive

At first I thought what is there to review? They're third-cut manila file folders. But then as I was thinking about it I realized what a pain it was when I opened this box and realized that I would have to sort the files myself so that I could use them. I want third-cut tabs so that when I have them in a file I can see each of the alternating tabs. I like the assorted tabs but they have all the center tabs in the box together all the right tabs together and all of the left tabs together. That means that I have to either dig to the top middle and bottom of the box each time that I take some of these out to use or that I have to go through the box and sort them all myself. This is simply inefficient and needlessly labor intensive. I would prefer that the come already sorted before they're packed in the box so that I didn't have to do all of this. As file folders they're fine. I just wish that they were packaged efficiently.

These are the same Manila folders that have been around for 100 years or more. They do their job fabulously maintain papers in order if I remember to file things in the right place! Don’t change a thing or try to improve it.

Check before you buy

I bought one package in the store on sale. When I got home and opened the box I realized that several folders were damaged. Needless to say I was disappointed but did not take the trouble to drive back to the store and exchange it. I just threw away the damaged ones and next time I will be more careful when I buy this product.
