The folders are of decent thickness and durability. They are scored on the bottom to allow to fold into a wider file folder style to support an increased number of documents. I'd like the tabs themselves to be reinforced a bit more. They get bent easily with frequent thumbing through them. They would also benefit from being thicker so that writing on one side of the folder tab doesn't bleed through to the other side. We reuse our folders often and it's tough to simply fold it inside out and reuse when you can read the previous label through it.
