Paper is too thin. Folders are not durable. I only use them for stored filing. I cannot use them for files that are used regularly. They seem to have reduced the paperweight of this product to cut costs.

Easy Access Manila Files

When I started in my position everything was filed with metal fasteners. I continued filing like that until I lost my assistant and did not have enough time for filing. When the new fiscal year started I ordered Staples Manila file folers Letter 3 tab and started filing the papers without metal fasterners. It has been great. Besides spending about a tenth the time filing when I get audited it is extremely easy to pull out invoices deposit slips payroll time sheets etc. for the auditor. I am very glad I made the change.
