They allow me the room I need for filing the information so it's quick to my touch should I need to look for it. There is room for a date a case name and file number much of which is important to me. The manilla color allows me to make a note on the front of the file of unusual words/names e-mail addresses and notes should it relate to another file from the same case. A different color ink could be used for designated information to be used with the same case. This allows for not only a stand alone file but one that will mesh with others in the same case but taken at different times.

These are a nice quality file folder - a decent weight and thickness. But what is most interesting: they are the best price bought by the 100 count package. The 250 count box works out to more per folder
