The picture shows light-colored tabs (where one writes) but the tabs are the same dark colors as the front of the folders. Therefore any writing on the tabs would be very hard to read. I am returning them and buying the pastel-colored folders.

It is easy to differential files when they are of different colors however you have to use a sticker to label files because the color is too dark to be able to read writing made by a pen or pencil.
