[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thermal carafe does keep the coffee pretty warm. I do prewarm it with boiling water. The unit is simple to use and instructions easy to comprehend. Would love for there to be a reusable insert instead of paper.

I still have one of your older models and I like the way the bristles sweep up very small particles like cat litter and pet hair in tile grout spaces and overall. The new stiffer, fewer bristles just don't sweep as well as the old ones do. I do like the overall design with the dust pan handle fitting snuggly into the dust pan. The new leading edge on the pan allows particles into the pan better than the old one. The quality of the unit is quite good. Remake the next model with all of the current features and return to thicker, smaller bristles and you've got a five star winner for my use. Maybe for the use of most customers a four star rating. For my own use, just three.
