Folders were tough yet flexible enough to hold all the sheets I put into them and still close evenly with reduced effort. All 20 folders I purchased were of high quality. Other brands you could count on 1 per package being unuseable.

paper covers very easily ripped; metal rings that are supposed to keep fasteners from ripping the paper pop off easily.
