Great for financial reports

I use them for financial reports for my clients and love the convenient pockets to return documents relating to those financial reports.

Report Folders

The two-pocket folders I recently purchased are ideal for enclosing copies of income tax reports I have prepared for individuals. The clients' copies are securely held in place with the three fasteners and the pockets on either side are convenient for client's material used to prepare the income tax reports. Additionally the inside of the folder affords one the opportunity to place a business card in the slots provided. The folders come in a variety of colors but I prefer the light blue.

Staples 2 pocket folders with fasteners assorted colors

I use them for my genealogy program I am working on. When I break down let's say a grandchild of mine and she wants a file on her family tree I run off the information and put it into a folder for her to keep. They work really good for that purpose. I use a lot of paper to print out the family tree and the folders keep them nicely.
