I have my own handmade greeting card shop and also make jewelry, journals, and more. Trying to make journals has been a terrible experience until now. I finally accepted the fact that I do need help with putting my designs together. This machine is so simple to use and extremely sturdy, strong, and never fails to produce a perfect end product. Thank you Fellowes for taking that heavy weight off my back. Your prices are great, all of your products are fantastic, the quality superb.
Pros: Alignment Guide, Binding Capacity, Document / Comb Measurement Guide, ease of use, Punch Capacity, Quality Construction, Safety Features, Speed, Warranty, doesn't need electricity, even a woman can figure it out!

I used it for the first time to bind some study material for an exam and it worked easier than I thought. Great Machine.

The office purchased this for use with grant packets etc and we are very pleased with how easy it was to use it made the job of putting many booklets together more enjoyable.

This is a awesome machine, it has the capacity to make beautiful booklets. I would definitely recommend this product for any office that needs to produce it on training manual.

Great for Home Office

I am a retired teacher, who could have used this binding machine for my classroom. Now I am a parent volunteer in my daughter's kindergarten classroom. The Star+150 Comb Binding Machine is fairly easy to use and produces great looking bound documents. The only difficulty I had was inserting the plastic comb spine correctly and easily each time. With practice, though, I finally figured out a way to get it right! Overall, the Fellowes Star+150 Comb Binding Machine is well made with great features!

Exceptional Comb Binding Machine

Until just recently, I've never owned a comb binding machine and always depended on a third party business for all my binding needs. I happened to catch my comb binding machine on sale but would have gladly paid regular price for it as it will save me plenty of money in the long run. For my newly started business, I will need to put together booklets that will present a professional appearance but not have the burden of paying for a "professional" cost. That's where the Fellowes Star 150 comes in; it provides an easy to use binding operation that a child can do. The Star 150 gives me the option to bind an excellent range of sheets (1-150 sheets of paper or plastic) and being that I print on both sides of my paper, I could easily bind a 300 page book and it uses up to 3/4" combs. It can punch through 15 sheets of standard paper at a time with two separate size settings. If you're shopping for a binding machine that can deliver the demands of high throughput with a quality product, then the Star 150 should do the job with ease. The construction of the machine feels very solid and durable, It has a flexible punch capacity, it's safe to use, and the style and design is something that you're not going to be ashamed of leaving out for others to see. Oh, it also comes with a 2 year manufacturer guarantee! My only gripe (with myself) is that I contemplated so long to buy one ... I just wish I would have done so much sooner...I could have save so much money.
