[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My clothes are important, I expect them to "pop' and be that clean. I didn't feel this happened. I miss the really fresh scent as well.

I'm sorry Tide PODS didn’t clean as well as you expected and I’m sharing your comments with the rest of the team. Tide PODS is a detergent and designed to help remove the most common stains. For tough stains we suggest using the Tide Stain Release along with the Tide PODS. If you have further questions, feel free to call us at the number on the package.

Just used my first pod and saw no suds I kept checking back but didn't see any.I am washing dark clothes so I can't tell if worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate you giving the Tide Pods a try and I'm sorry you're not seeing the suds you expect. Please be assured, unlike soap powder used years ago, detergents don't require a lot of suds for cleaning. It's the surfactants in detergents that clean, not the suds. If your clothes are getting clean, the suds level isn't important.
Some common causes of low sudsing:
• Cold water – Since suds are more prominent in warmer water, you may want to switch to warm water, especially during the winter months.
• Using too little detergent for heavily soiled clothing.
• Hard water.
• Low agitation level in washer.
• Overloading, which prevents the agitation needed to make a lot of suds. Hope this information is helpful.

What a good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got the sample of the Pods. I looked at it and wondered if this would really work. My son is away at college, so when I sent the sample to him to use while he was doing his own laundry. He called home to tell me they were the most awesome thing, and it was easy to just toss in the washer, no measuring, and the soap didn't spill in his truck. I just had to let you know, that through out his dorm, I thnk just about everyone uses the Pods' ... Thank you for this product, it must be the little things for 20 year olds to call home to discuss laundry.

A Must Buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great, l put one of the pods in the wash, I had some clothes that got stain with chili/ketchup ( love to eat chili dogs) that was a day old stain. When, the wash was finish I went to get the clothes out of the wash the stains was gone, the white dingy tshirt was not dingy no longer. I be will be using the pods from now on, I do not have to spray stain release on the clothes, let them sit for 10 minutes before washing, The pods save time & money for me, that is important in this economy when you live on a fix income.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tide Pods are extremely easy to use. There's no measuring involved, just drop one into the washing machine. I could not tell however, if more stains were removed using the pods.
