I'm so sorry to hear this. This isn't something we’ve seen in the development of Tide PODS when used as directed. Rewashing the stained garment with your detergent and favorite stain treater should help with stain removal. Also, please call us at (800) 879-8433 so we can gather additional information. Thanks!

Works GREAT

I really love the new Tide PODS.It worked great to remove the grease and grime from my work clothes. The only draw back I have found is if the "pod" doesnt dissolve totally it will harden on your clothes in the dryer. Has anyone found a way to remove this? It ruined one of my work shirts,, But I continue to use the pods.

I live in a condo with a community laundry and have to walk to it. This makes my load a lot lighter. But most of all Tides pods cleans and brightens all of my wash. After one 66 wash load container I will always use these. The best product I have ever used.

the plastic wrap does not completely dissolve! It sticks to the clothes and then hardens when the clothes are dry. and not just in the dryer. many of my clothing is hung wet and the same thing happen.

My son once got upset with me because his football uniform was too white. I have used Tide with Bleach for as long as I can remember. I was hesitant to try the pods but I did. My grandchild has filthy white socks. The came out of the washer the way they went in....filthy. I hope P&G doesn't stop making Tide with bleach powder

Hate to hear the Tide PODS aren't cleaning as well as expected. Tide PODS is a detergent and designed to help remove the most common stains. For tough stains we suggest using the Tide Stain Release along with the Tide PODS. Hope this helps!

I won't be buying these. I have an electrolux front loading washer. I found the skin of the pod lodged in the front by the door not completely dissolved.

I’m sorry the Tide Pod isn’t dissolving as it should. It is possible that the pac can migrate to the front of the tub and be pressed up to the door, getting stuck on the gasket. This can occur when the tub turns before the load is fully wetted and the pac has not had a chance to dissolve. It’s fairly rare and normally doesn’t affect the cleaning or the washing machine. This can happen with all unit dose laundry products (detergents & additives) on the market. Meanwhile, the stuck pac can be removed with a paper towel or cloth and the machine door and/or gasket can be wiped clean with water. Hope you'll give them another try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This "Pod" was so easy to use, I ended up purchasing a bag of them to take on a recent trip to Yellowstone. Laundry on the go couldn't have been simpler! Thanks Tide!
