[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first and last time I will use Tide Pods... I had to rewash my clothes because the pod did not dissolve completely and left a mess on my clothes. My time is valuable to me and using this was not a good use of my time. Very disappointed because Tide is the only thing I've ever used. Going back to my liquid Tide.

Not a good product

I have pics of the Tide Pods that didn't dissolve and backed up my water flow and flooded my kitchen ... what a mess I had ... you owe me a explanation on why this happened

Horrible product leaves undissolved packet on clothing. Lost several items as a result, and nothing fixes it. Lots of complaints on web about this; avoid these!

Ruining my clothes

Pods don't fully dissolve & plastic gets stuck to my clothes. Tried to remove plastic and tore my shirt. The pods also causing blue/purple stains on my clothes. Dollars going to Tide competitor now.

We want our laundry pacs to help clean your laundry and not create a mess. We'd really like to help turn things and have some tips to help. Residue can be avoided by adding the laundry pac to the washing machine drum prior to adding your laundry. To resolve residue that has already occurred we recommend not trying to moving the film but instead soaking your items in the hottest water the fabric car tag label will allow followed by rewashing. Staining is not permanent and should be removed by rewashing. We'd like hear more about your experience. Could you give us a call at 1-800-879-8433?

Pods are not dissolving consistently

Twice in the last two weeks the pods have not fully dissolved and "glued" to clothes. I've used the pods since the beginning and never had this happen. I always use warm or hot water cycles.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you so much for your loyalty! We always want our PODS™ to be convenient and efficient, and we’re sorry that wasn’t the case. Our detergents are water soluble, and any residue can be removed by soaking the garments in the hottest water safe for the fabric for at least an hour, and then rewashing without detergent. Child Safe Pod packaging

This new packaging is not only child safe, it's senior safe! Had to finally cut open the package after trying several times to follow your "open" directions. Not good for seniors with arthritis!!!

Do not buy!

I will not by this product in the future. I have had many issues with the pods. They have ruined clothes. Now to get rid of them I dissolve them in the washer before putting in any clothes. I have to keep it under the water and squeeze it when it gets soft. Tide needs to do further testing on this product. It does not work well. Stay away from the pods!

PODS are attached

I only use 1 POD per load. In my latest bag I have found 6 attached PODS. You try to pull them apart and BUSTED. Is there a safe way to separate these little twin PODS?

We don’t recommend trying to separate them as this can cause them to burst, if you find two pacs stuck together, it’s safe toss both in for one load.
