New Scent is Terrible!

No mention of new scent on package. Smells like cheap perfume. Incredibly strong and do not like. Will not use again. Actually want to RE wash the load I did to get rid of smell.

awful smell

I bought a new pack of original scent pods. After I opened them I noticed a terrible smell. I thought my husband had left some solvent in the laundry room but the source of the smell was the pods.

We did make an update to our Original scent recently in order to provide longer-lasting freshness, so we're letting our team know that you'd like to see a few changes. In the meantime, we'd recommend checking out our Mountain Spring scent as it has very similar notes to our old Original. New Smell Is Horrid!

Don't buy if you liked the old smell, they changed it! I had to wash jeans 3 times to get the odor a little less & I can still smell them as I type this (that's after having worn them once already)!

"Original" is not the original scent

We LOVED the old original scent and were very disappointed when we did the laundry. At least be honest and let the consumers know that this is a new scent, not original.

New Original Scent Stinks

The new scent for Tide Original is terrible. It's overpowering and it stinks for days. Why wasn't the package labeled new fragrance? After 30+ years of use, I will stop buying Tide.

I am so disappointed that the original scent in your Tide Pods has been modified, it's over whelming and cannot tolerate it. I am now looking for a new product, Good bye Tide

New Original scent is DISGUSTING

I’ve been a loyal user of the ORIGINAL scent over 20 years. This changed version is no longer the “ORIGINAL” smell and is too perfumed. I’m over Tide and switching to another brand.
