Has something changed?!

It seems like lately, they are not dissolving. I have had to take out the slimmy, packaging of the pod itself from the water because it isn't dissolving all the way.

We’re sorry the PODS® are not dissolving completely. Since there has been no changes made to them we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. As long as the PODS® are placed into the washer drum before adding the clothing this should not be happening. We’d like to learn some more about your experience. Very convenient. No waste because it is pre measured and you get concentrated product. You use less as a result.
