Left residue on clothes

Unfortunately these pods have left residue on my clothes with every load. I have to pay per w/d load so it's literally money down the drain. I want to love them, but at this point it's money wasted.

Oh no, Amanda. We’re sorry you’ve been having this issue while using our Tide PODS®. This shouldn’t be happening as long as the POD® is placed into the washer drum before adding the clothing and the machine is not overloaded. This isn’t the experience we want you to have with our detergent and we’d like to help further. Please give us a call at 1.855.236.3353.

Just received a sample of this in the mail and wow!!! I'm super impressed and have switched from Gain to Tide Pods Spring Meadows. My clothes are extremely clean and smell amazing!

The one small pack had me skeptical that it may not be enough or sufficiently do the job but my clothes came out clean and smelling good.

I had no intent of trying. However, the sample changed my mind. It was great and my laundry smelled so good. It saves a step and works great. I liked it so much I went and bought some.

For me as a beginner in housekeeping, the tide pods is a product perfect, because i have some problems in the decision of how much detergent use depending the amount of clothes, so for me is perfect
