My laundry came out very fresh scent however, did not totally removed big spots of stains(salad dressing) on my T- shirts. Bed linens came out bright color.

I always used Tide powder. I bought these bc the store didn't have my powder. I LOVE them. My kids can do laundry without "oversoaping" but I can toss in 2 for big, sports-stinky loads!

Ruined clothes

The pods never fully dissolve even in hot water. Goo is stuck to my clothes, and once dried melts to them and has completely ruined multiple items.

Oh no, Ldickey. We’re very sorry this has happened to multiple items of yours while using our PODS®. As long as the POD® was placed into the washer drum first before the clothing and the machine was not overloaded this should not have happened. The good news is the residue is removable even if the items went through the dryer. Simply soak the item in the hottest water temperature safe for that fabric for about an hour or longer and then rewash without detergent.
