Tide Pods

This is probably the worst product you have come out with. I have had cheaper product clean my clothes cleaner than these do. I love tide so I thought I would give these a try bad decision on my part. My clothes were not clean at all when I used these. I will stick with the liquid tide.

We appreciate you trying the Tide Pods and I'm sorry you were disappointed. Tide PODS have been thoroughly evaluated over a wide range of laundry conditions to ensure great cleaning results, so your experience is surprising. It's difficult to know what may be causing the poor results you described, but lots of things can affect the performance of a detergent. These are some of the more common reasons for disappointing cleaning results:
-Wash load is too large. The water and detergent need room to circulate through the clothes.
-Not enough detergent. More may be necessary for large loads, heavily soiled items, or unusually hard water.
-Stubborn stains. Some require pretreating before laundering.
-Water temperature is too cold. Most detergents clean better in temperatures above 60 degrees F.
Hope you'll give them another try!

Works for me

I'm not sure what the reason some people have had with this product. I have been using it in a front loading washing machine with very hard water. It seems to completely dissolve in my washing machine without any problem. It gets my clothes clean and is convenient to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wonderful Product

This is a wonderful product for whites. I would like to see you make some though that just has the Tide and the Stain lifter in them. I feel that the brightner fades out some of the colors.

I bought the Tide Pods thinking that they would be a quick and simple way to do my laundry. They seemed to be working ok, but not as good as the liquid Tide that I have ALWAYS used. I figured I would use up the rest of the package of Pods that I had bought, and then return to the liquid. Well I put the Pod in the bottom of the machine (like the directions say to do) and added my comforter to the machine. When I took the comforter out, there is a huge purpleish stain on it that I CANNOT get out. Needless to say, I will not be using the remaining Pods that I have.

Spring Fragrance

I discovered your pods through my sister and have been singing from the roof tops to all. Have converted all friends and family. I just came back from replenishing and after doing a load of laundry realized that the frangrance was not the same. Argh I bought Spring . So dissappointing as the fragrance was the most appealing part to me. Sorry that you have to take a great product and ruin it by making it smell like a cheap air refresher.Will be sure to shop with my reading glasses in future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was blown away! I did not expect the cleanliness level, the static free effect and the perfect amount of scent left on my clothes after I got them outta the dryer. I also didn't expect the scent to last 3 days later when I pulled them outta the drawer to wore them! Looks like I'm now a Tide Pods customer ;) I rate this product 2 enthusiastic thumbs up!

Fades Colored Clothing

Do not purchase Tide Pods if you value the color of your fabrics. I purchased and used these Pods this week and it faded 2 loads of brightly colored clothing. I am very disappointed because the Tide brand is the only brand of detergent we use and I have never had a problem with fading in the past. Also, we tend to buy well made, brand name clothing that lasts for years. A few my favorite items were extremely faded. Please do not buy this product if you have nice clothing.
