convenient for campers

I love the compact size of pods; they save lots of cupboard space. They give me a wonderfully clean wash even in cold water. Had one problem when several pods stuck together. When I tried to separate them, a few busted and the contents spilled out.
Overall, this is a great product. (Think about adding fabric softener to the pods to eliminate adding softener separately to the wash).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product! Easy to use and made laundry easy. I was a little weary of the actual pod not de-solving in the wash but it did great!!

We were very worried about buying and using the pods but we love them. We let our washer fill up and start agitating and throw a pod in and it works wonders. The laundry smells soo good. We can't wait to buy a bigger amount for future loads.

stained pants

I used tide pods with not very good results. Brand new pair of pants had staines all over.Highly disapointed.

I want to assure you the Tide Pods were extensively tested before it went to market and this is not something we encountered while developing the product. Tide PODS should not leave any stains when used as directed. We appreciate your bringing it to our attention and I’m sharing your report with the rest of our team. I bought the pods for my daughter at college, thought it would be easier for her, it was, until.... she got white splotches on her favorite pair of jeans and her new towels! She was very upset. It's a great idea, just may need a little more work :)

Good idea, bad execution

Ruined several pieces of clothing using them. What appears to have happened is the pod broke on one piece of clothing and sat there, my clothing now has "bleach" "stains" like I ran a pod size eraser across them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smell

The idea of the product is great however there is a base smell that reminds me of the smell of when you forget to empty the washing machine for a day then if your grandma was to spray her perfume on it to cover it up (spring meadow).
It would be great if they made a pod that smelled like their original Tide scent...
