I got this to set up a filing system for my adult children. The colors were attractive and the way in which the folders slid easily along the side of the drawer were what sold me on them. I knew they would be more likely to use something that worked easily and was also interesting to look at.

I didn't realize that they were plastic! I wanted what I have always gotten the harder paper variety. By the time I opened my purchase I had thrown away the receipt and was unable to return the package. I felt stuck!

Attentive service by the cashier associate who checked me out. Also helped me get a receipt for the UPS package I was sending. He had to go to that counter to take care of that. Good fast through service! I appreciate that.

Especially If the label is hard to read remembering the color of the file helps alot. Yes I would recommend them.
