Hanging File Folders Great!

I purchased the Staples Poly Hanging File Folders 5 Tab Assorted Colors Letter 20/Box so that I could get rid of the paper folders that I have used in the past. They were starting to smell like old paper! The plastic keeps longer and will not smell. They are durable and hold a lot more than the paper folders. Each folder has the tab with a piece of paper in it so that you can label the folder immediately and not have to tear the little pieces of paper to fit in the plastic tab! I loved these so much that I just bought another box today!

I just love these hanging files. They don't get worn or tattered and it is easy to re-label something and reinsert the tab into the slots.

BEST FILE FOLDER I EVER BOUGHT. STURDY AND FLEXIBLE FOR LARGE AMOUNT OF DOCUMENTS. I LIKE THE MULTI-COLORS AND THE FACT THAT I CAN ORGANIZE MY FILES BY VISUAL COLORS FOR SUBJECT MATTERS. THE FACT THAT I HAVE THE OPTION OF FIVE TABS TO LABEL MAKES THE FILES USER FRIENDLY FOR BULKY INTER - SUBJECT MATTERS. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOR MY PERSONAL FILES. I JUST WISH THEY WOULD COME IN A GREATER QUANTITY AND/OR ALLOW ME TO PURCHASE ONE COLOR IN QUANTIES OF TEN TO TWENTY FOLDERS. DO NOT TAKE AWAY THIS PRODUCT FROM YOUR INVENTORY - THE EXTRA COST OF A QUALITY PRODUCT IS WORTH IT. HEAVILY USED HANDING FOLDERS THAT BEND WHEN OVERLOADED IS TOO COST PROHIBITIVE. THIS IS A ONE-TIME BUY AND A COST SAVER FOR ME.

Plastice is the way to go!

The thick paper hanging file folders can rip -- often just before you were going to pull some papers out to create a new folder. The plastic ones are much more sturdy giving you time to make that change -- before they split tear and leave you with a mess in the file cabinet. The array of bright colors also helps add another dimension of organization. That is the different colors help you find what you're looking for that much sooner. Other paper hanging file folders we've used were just one color.

As an outside sales representative I am carring alot of literature in my trunk. These brochures must stay in perfect condition as I will be giving them to prospective customers. The poly hanging folders support my heavier brochures and minimize the humidity or rain from runing files.
