I originally bought the extra capacity hanging file folders and they did not fit well in my desk drawers. I am very pleased with these and will buy more to complete my filing system.

Plastice is the way to go!

The thick paper hanging file folders can rip -- often just before you were going to pull some papers out to create a new folder. The plastic ones are much more sturdy giving you time to make that change -- before they split tear and leave you with a mess in the file cabinet. The array of bright colors also helps add another dimension of organization. That is the different colors help you find what you're looking for that much sooner. Other paper hanging file folders we've used were just one color.

These poly hanging files are so durable. They are more expensive than the paper ones but so worth it! No more rips and siding hangers that fall to the bottom of your file draw. They come with generous tabs.
