The folders are nice. The plastics does make them very stable but it also makes it a little difficult to work with because it is very very flimsy and hard to cooperate sometimes also. Maybe is there was some kind of weight at bottom it could possibly help. The plastics hooks could also become a problem over time because if they break or fall off the holder it could be a problem. Worry about those breaking off and not being able to fix. Maybe a metal hook and a better plastic for the folders so they won't break or crack.

Staples Poly Hanging File Folders

I love these hanging file folders! As the local coordinator for a large non-profit organization it is imperative that I stay organized. The folders are very roomy and accommodating for large files. The colors are so vivid that it makes filing fun and folders easy to find. These hanging file folders would be excellent for teachers and busy Moms trying to keep up with children's school activities and assignments. Hmmm...I think I'll go back to Staples and purchase another box or two! Leenie

Made of high quality fabric which will hold up much lomger than ones I had. I also had a coupon so the price was right.

These folders and colors are working out perfect for the job I had to do. However I need a lot more reds than any other color and unless I buy 3 or 5 tab folders. I can't seem to find these 4 color folders in single tab 20 or 25 or 50 count boxes. This is forcing me to look online for what I need. Oh well. I hate taking my business elsewhere but need will force me to if I can find what I want from another company. I recommend this product but only if you need even numbers of all colors. That is my problem.

These poly hanging files are so durable. They are more expensive than the paper ones but so worth it! No more rips and siding hangers that fall to the bottom of your file draw. They come with generous tabs.

STURDY!

I was skeptical when I first got these folders. I thought they would take up too much room in my filing cabinet. As it turns out they worked out far better than their paper counterparts. Not only that but they are STURDY and hold more documents.

We have purchased a lot of files through the years from staples. As we all know files get full and it is much harder to pull the files out. With the poly hanging files you do not have that problem. We are slowly changing all of our folders to the new poly one. They are a little more expensive but in the long run they stand up much longer. I would highly recommend if you haven't tried these please buy one box and try them and you will see what I am talking about. Staples has always been a great office supply store. Tom G
