The folders are sturdy plastic as advertised. There were four different colors of folders so it was easy to color-code and organize my files with the included tabs. I may sound like a product rep in this rating but I don't know what else to say. These are decent folders and I am happy with my purchase.

I like the smoother heavier hanging hooks. They allow the hanging file to push back/glide more easily when trying to get from one file to the next. Also like that the piece that goes from side to side - holding up the file- is thicker and holds the file contents more easily. (more heavy-duty).
