Staples Poly Hanging File Folders

These file folders are COLORFUL very STURDY and won't tear like many similar products made of paper or flimsy cardboard products that seem to dominate this product type. The included clear plastic tab holders and the included white paper tabs make it easy to name your file with a fine point or medium point Sharpie with the color of your choice mine being black. I also purchased three of the clear plastic hanging file folder boxes with locking black top and swivel handle at Staples. These file folder boxes are perfect for storing the hanging file folders and creating alphabetical files from A to Z to fit all your filing needs.

Did not fit round file cabinet rails

The hanging slots were too small for my approx. 1/4 " round file cabinet metal rails. In contrast the Staples standard green(paper)type hanging file folders do fit.

Worth the extra

I got tired of the metal bars bending or getting stuck all the way to the side. Have used these in past and they are big improvement . I had concerns the plastic bars would break or bend but that hasn't happened.

These are so much better than the plastic folders imo. I appreciated the adjustable slides and they are more durable. Plus you can't go wrong with the bright colors.
