I bought these to organize and hold small pamphlets so I chose plastic folders to be stronger than the typical green or brown paper file holders. The folders are strong but the top part is plastic unlike the wire tops on the paper file holders. Pretty disappointing. Also they were supposed to come with movable tabs half of which we’re missing. Poor job on quality control for Staples.
